Refunds

1. In case of 15-day money back and cancellation, ONLY the principal amount will be refunded to the customer. Customers won’t get the Maaya Jewells contribution.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days in the same account that the contribution has been made from.

- The gold exchange balance can be redeemed against 14KT & 18KT diamond studded designs only (not applicable on Solitaire, Preset, Loose diamond, DYO, Gold Coins, and 22KT jewellery)*.
- There is no restriction on the quality of gold that may be exchanged under this offer.
- The 15 Days Return Policy is not valid for old gold transactions. However, a 15 Days Exchange is applicable for such orders, and in exchange, the customer has to purchase only diamond jewellery.
- The value of the final product selected should be higher than the exchanged gold value (along with the applied offer).
- No cash refunds are available under this offer.
